Anyone else think the "Battery is low" message in the camera app should be a warning?

I don't know about you, but if something happens at a certain moment I like being able to record it. If your Charge's battery goes into the yellow, you can no longer record video.

Anybody else think this should be a warning instead of something that kicks you out of the app? Maybe I want, or need to record something regardless of whether or not my battery is low. Because of the current situation, I don't have that option.

Edit- However, I realize now that it might be disabled because it doesn't have enough power to run the camera itself - but considering how much longer my phone lasts once it's in the yellow I find this extremely unlikely.

Yes battery should be warning and not a problem, though here is the workaround for this:

Just be careful, there is a current issue with Low Battery/over amperage draw that killy the phone, and you have to pull the Battery to get the phone to re-boot.
