Anyone else think they might change to the Rezound?

not unless they upgrade me for free.
i played with one in the stores for a few minutes. put it side to side with my Sense 3.5 thunderbolt OC'd to 1.2 ghz.
the rezound was slightly faster opening apps, and maybe a touch smoother when swiping through home screens, but it wasn't a huge difference at all.
the only thing that draws me into the rezound is the bundled headphones, and the screen.
but if i had the choice, i would go gnex all day over any other phone on verizon right now.

I agree with Turdbogls that a rooted and flashed TBolt can do pretty much anything the Rezound can. Some ROMs even have Beats Audio built in. If you have an upgrade I would try to wait it out a few months for a quad core phone. IMO there isn't enough difference between the TBolt and Verizon's current top of the line Androids to warrant an upgrade.

I had the Thunderbolt and got the Rezound for $50 on upgrade on bf. If I sold the bundled headset, then it would be similar to getting the Rezound for free, and for a free upgrade, I think the Rezound is worth it if you like essentially an improved Thunderbolt. Plus, it's nice to have a spare phone around, it's cheaper than buying warranty.
Display - 384,000 vs 921,600 pixels. The very small text on my Rezound is sharp, same size text on my Thunderbolt is fuzzy. Overall though, a noticeable substantial but not a huge improvement.
Camera - I think the Rezound is slightly better plus it has 1080p video recording (Thunderbolt has 720p).
Speed - Rezound is slightly faster. Again, noticeable substantial but not a huge improvement. CPU intensive apps should run faster, but if you are just reading e-mail or browsing the web, then probably not a huge difference.
Data Connection - I have found that the Rezound has better data, especially because I am sometimes in an area of weak signal, and the Thunderbolt would sometimes drop out and take a long time to recover. Speed wise, my peak on the Thunderbolt was about 25mbps, on my Rezound, I was able to get 44mbps. With the latest radio, the Thunderbolt radio is good, but personally I feel the Rezound radio is slightly better.
Storage - The Rezound has 16gb internal/16gb sd card, which translates to about 2gb on phone, 10gb internal, and 16gb sd card. Thunderbolt has about 2gb on phone, and 32gb sd card. So you can add the internal storage with the sd card for a little more storage.
The Rezound also has other things like beats, mhl capability, which may or may not matter to some people.
I am not saying that the Thunderbolt is bad, but to me, stock for stock, the Rezound is slightly better in almost every area.
Of course, the Thunderbolt has better dev support if that is important to you.
The gn is a great phone, but there seems to be quite a number of people complaining about signal problems, just something to consider.

This boils it down. I see no reason to change anything right now for 'slightly better'.
No. Not enough reason to, and I have 1 now and an upcoming upgrade. My stock TBolt is, in my lowly opinion, everything needed for the time being. There just ain't nothing worthy of the money outlay and 2-year hitch.

I upgraded August 30th of last year to the Thunderbolt. And even if I was able to upgrade, I wouldn't.
I am enjoying my Thunderbolt a lot and think this phone is amazing. I am pleased with it and am not rooted. I had Blackberry for a number of years and the Incredible was my first Android. I think the Rezound is an upgrade to the Incredible. I would miss the kickstand!

If you are happy with the Thunderbolt, no reason to upgrade. What's important to me may not be an issue for you. My biggest gripes with the thunderbolt was that small text was fuzzy and that the data signal dropped occasionally. The Rezound addressed both of those issues for me, much sharper small text and less dropped data signal.
I have the extended battery and case with kickstand on my Rezound, imo, I prefer to have the kickstand on the case. The kickstand feels stronger than the tb one, and I'm not afraid of damaging or warping the kickstand (worse case, buy another case). That, and the Rezound with ext bat case with kick stand can be charged in horizontal mode. I had to use the desk dock to charge my tb in horizontal mode
The Rezound is a good phone, but as others have already said; not enough of a difference to make a change. For me, the physical aspects of a phone are also VERY important. I've played with a Rezound a few times at a Verizon kiosk in the mall and just don't like the feel of it in hand compared to the Thunderbolt. Also, IMO, the back of it is ugly! But, worst of all; no native kickstand (I don't like cases, so a case kickstand is out). Anyway, just my two cents. 
In a word. No! In more words. There's nothing out there that makes that much of a difference. Certainly not the Rezound. I'll wait for the quad core Thunderbolt.

The Rezound is very nice but I'm skipping it. My upgrade is available on 2-13-13 and by that time I'm sure quad core will be the norm.

It is qHD, personally, the reason why I got the rezound is for the HD screen. I think that it also has a non-removable battery. I have 3 extended batteries for my Rezound for times of heavy usage not near a charger.
I do admit though, 3300mah in a thin package is impressive for a 9mm thick phone. The battery would certainly be adequate for most people.
I can't see me going to anything anytime soon. My wife can upgrade late April. My son already has the Rezound and loves it. We did a side by side and I really didn't see anything that jumps out at me. My wife doesn't care what phone she has as long as she can get to her Facebook. I will start looking for her in early April.
Outside of the usb port bring in a dumb location & a rather tinny sounding onboard speaker, I really like my T-bolt. I'm running the Rezound battery & it goes a full day easily, I'm not a heavy user though. It's sits in the big armored case from Seidio & the native kickstand on the phone does it's job perfectly. This phone is much more powerful than the first desktop computer I owned. I never had any problems with any of the updates either. Although It did seem that my speed test scores are at least 50% lower after the GB update, for whatever reason. I can't see trading my T-bolt for anything on the horizon.
