Anyone else using the EvoNonSense4.3.1 ROM?

Just loaded up the EvoNonsense 4.3.1 ROM last night and I'm like'n it a lot! Feels like CM6 but still has sense under the covers, so everything works! Love the AOSP feel with the Sense functionality/stability. Just wondering if any one else has noticed that the Build Number reports as 4.2 in the Software Information page? Is this just a typo or could I have loaded an old ROM? The zip file name say 4.3.1 in it, so I don't think I DL'd the wrong ROM file.

Where do you get it from?

Can you point me to some place where I can learn about flashing custom ROMs? I'm new to it.

Have you rooted your phone yet? That's step one of the process and the biggest one. Once you get past that, then installing ROMS and Kernels is pretty much a rinse and repeat process. Look for posst from AC member thefredelement. He has put together some really great guides for rooting the EVO. From what I can tell there are specific root methods you need to do based on the HW and SW versions you currently have. It wasn't quite that complicated back when I rooted. So make sure you read about that you're doing or you'll get yourself in a pickle. There are lots of great people on AC, so if you are unsure about anything just ask. Good luck and have fun!
