anyone experience the touchscreen being completely non-responsive after turning on the screen?

I thought I was the only one experiencing this. I have a US issued TMobile Note 5 out the box. I did not drop it and there isn't any water damage. I've concluded it's a system glitch. We can't all be having the same problems with different carriers. I have seen a lot about Samsung pay which can make sense. It was already preloaded on the phone but when I activated it, I noticed the back button won't work. It is as if the left hand side of the screen acts up on certain points at certain times. Usually after a reset or power down/up, it is corrected. I didn't buy this phone to reboot it every so often to access certain parts of the screen. FIX THIS SAMSUNG

Ikr. I have the Verizon Note 5. I got a replacement and it does better. The crazy part about it is with the replacement it only does it when I'm looking at gmail.

I'm not having any of the issues but I still don't have Samsung Pay active because they still don't take my bank card yet.

Samsung Pay is a new app, just out of beta, it very well could be causing issues.

People using Samsung Pay need to be doing bug reports to SAMSUNG PAY, not Samsung, so they can look into this. It is very normal for an app just out of beta to cause problems.
