Anyone experiencing glitches with the Note 5?

They did this to my note at best buy but it didn make a difference with my issues.

Many people with that variant and a few other international version, are having issues with freezing up. They doesn't really seem to be an issue with people using US carrier variants. I've seen several discus it. There is a thread in the Note 5 forum that it titled something about the phone freezing or locking up. It has had someone post in the last couple of weeks on it, so scrolling down the forum page of the Note 5 forum you should be able to recognize it when you see the title. There are some temporary help suggestions that some have posted in there. None of them fix the issue, but some get some short term relief.

This is the type thing that could be a bug after an update, but I don't think enough are experiencing it for it to be an actual bug of the OS.

Some could be a corrupted download, which will really require having the OS taken off and a fresh install done. Only a Samsung Service center can do that. Some of it could be a common app they all have that is causing issues.

There are several official Samsung service centers in the US. These aren't Best Buy, they are actual Samsung service and repair.

Where in the US are you located? There might be one not far from you, but the trick might be getting Samsung US to do anything with an international version.

I have an unlocked sm-n920t (usa tmobile note 5) now and I haven't noticed any of these issues with it.

The screen scrolls a little weird but I can live with that.

I just noticed this error recently... and your answer solved it, I had Package Disabler running, but I disabled the stock Messaging app, once I re-enabled it, the sound/messages notifications no longer stopped working.

Hi I am also experiencing the same issue. Letters sometimes don't appear when hitting the keys. Have you found a solution to this problem? Thanks
