Anyone get a "Activate Device Admisinistrator" prompt?

For anyone that has your gmail account setup inside the Samsung email client, did you get a prompt asking you to activate m.google.com to be able to remotely control security features on your phone?

I just got this a little while ago, out of the blue. I haven't made any changes to the phone in days.
