My friend just checked with our Best buy and they said it will be here Friday as well.

Latest update from Aurora, CO. I stopped by a BB (not the store that I pre-ordered from, but within 10 miles so I am assuming that they have the same Sprint rep) and was told that they had just received an email from their Sprint rep stating that their pre-order units had been shipped today and would arrive tomorrow. They will be allowed to fulfill their pre-orders but still are unable to, and have no idea when they will be able to open up the phone for non-pre-order sales. I think that I will not take a deep breath and relax, and realize that not getting my phone today is not a national crisis, and just hope for the best tomorrow. Good luck to everyone else as well! :confused:
 
i pre ordered an at&t one, broke down and called again, I know pathetic. anyways, they basically told me they have no idea and all they know is that it was pushed back and their system is showing TBD for when they will receive them...... this is probably the only thing I miss about apple. when they give a release date there is no confusion, that is the date, end of story, and if there is a delay everyone knows why. i just can't believe such a hyped, major release is being managed so poorly.To me this just shows how much samsung could really care less about their customers.... yes i blame samsung not the retailer or the carrier. :'(

Do you really think the boys and girls at samsung just sit around the office, shooting the breeze and don't care about who buys their phone.? They are having issues due to high demand and due to manufacturing problems, for all we know snapdragon s4 supply issues may have something to do with it. You should blame the carriers who aren't communicating with their customers. Besides Verizon (who have a later release date anyhow) they all came forward releasing statements, some earlier than others. I rather have delays like these than be the only fool that pre ordered a phone that no one landed up liking, evo 3d... Cough cough, at least you know you're getting an immensely popular phone. Sit back, relax, there working on it...

Talked to another local best buy store. The manager said the phone has been pushed back to possibly the 27th. :'( Over 14 million phones were preordered. I sure hope I can get it before that.
 
I just called bb mobile where i reserved my 16gb pebble blue monster, and the instore rep said HE knows when they will release the phones but couldn't tell me! This is really annoying, i wanted to say SOMETHING to annoy the hell out of him like he did me but didn't want him to call me last for the pick up:mad:
 
I just got back to best buy because I had to go get some things there they assured me it would be there tomorrow they just didn't know when, they said they were pretty sure it would be there in the morning and I asked if they could hold it an extra day after the 72hr window in case I couldn't pick up the phone tomorrow they said it was a system thing and nothing they could do. So yeah if they don't get the phone in tomorrow before noon I'm gonna be SOL and not get this phone til they actually have stock in, so that's wonderful great preordering!
 
I love how every best buy has a different story. I was told, just minutes ago, that my phone will be in come July. This is for all carriers. Now, this makes me believe that they never put through my pre-order. They had problems doing my pre-order from the get go. *sigh*

At least Samsung/AT&T/Verizon, etc. are making sure problems get fixed before the phone is released, unlike Apple with the iPhone. (Bumper gate, anyone?)
 
Thats a shame man i feel your pain, i really don't see the point of the pre order if they can't keep up their end of the agreement, and i really don't care if its the manufacturer or the carrier, this is just pathetic, they should just say the devic3 will be arriving sometime this year, and ps don't call us cause we're just gonna give u the runaround, thanks alot
 
I just called the Best Buy I ordered from (Saratoga, NY), they expect the phone to be available for pick up tomorrow. I preordered a Pebble Blue for ATT on 6/6.

They said there were only 2 ATT SG3 preorders from that store. I'll update tomorrow with any other info I get.
 
I preordered White AT&T on June 8th for shipment to my house. As I write this my order says "1 item backordered". :-(

Latest update from BB in Aurora, CO and also the one that I believe the most as this came straight from the mouth of the Mobile Manager and we were face to face and he looked like he was just as frustrated as I was (could also have to do with the fact that they are getting sick of all my constant nagging about an update :p). Their pre-order phones are going to arrive tomorrow. They have been told from their Sprint rep that they shipped today and will be in-store in the morning. HOWEVER they cannot sell them prior to Sprint announcing an official "release date". Therefore my phone will be sitting in a locked cabinet in the back of the store until Sprint gets their thumb out of their A$$ and tells BB what this arbitrary date is. For what it is worth the manager was telling me that he has heard the rumor of the 29th of June floated out there... *Fumes* :mad:

If this is true and my phone sits locked in a cabinet for over a week I will be furious with Sprint. I can understand demand being too great for the available supply, and I can forgive the fact that there were just not enough phones to go around, but to tell me that my phone is simply locked up and not doing anyone any good?!?!?!?!? How does this help Sprint? How can they justify this to their customers? I have been with Sprint for over 10 years, and have never experienced anything like this. I will not be taking my business elsewhere as I use so much data that I am not willing to pay for the competitions plans. I am just so incredibly deflated right now and with no official statement from Sprint or BB I have no idea on what to expect. If it is going to be another weeks wait, Sprint should at least have the decency to tell the BB pre-order customers that they are F***ing them and not leave it up to the BB staff to have to deal with angry nerds like myself.

Sorry for the rambling post, but my wife and friends are sick of hearing me talk about it and I needed to vent somewhere :confused:

Maybe tomorrow will bring better news!

Feel for you brother. My wife was pretty patient with me. I ordered from ATT online and got it today.
Do not know if she would have been so patient otherwise!

I am in Louisville Kentucky and They are telling me that They are not sure of a date yet. I am annoyed!! We should all get a case for our patience!!
 
Anyone in Arizona heard anything about em? Called in the morning 2 times 1 person said Maybe tomorrow other one was clueless and I just called now and he said there is no official release date but they have not received their shipment yet.. wtf :mad::mad::mad::mad: So annoyed!!!!!!!!
 
Here in Concord, CA.... Best Buy here said that they were delayed and probably won't be in until next week. They assured me they would call and/or email. I think I pre-ordered mine back on the weekend of June 8th or so. There really is no point in stressing. It will happen when it happens. No point in getting our panties in a wad. People need to just chill or take an effing pill. :p
