Anyone going naked?

I have a Bear Motion case (I'm using that term very loosely) on my Nexus 6P. The ultra thin Bear Motion case doesn't do anything for drops. It's only good for grip and scratches. I JUST ordered a G6 from US Cellular (should be here Thursday). I'll be ordering a Bear Motion case (and tempered glass screen protector in a few minutes. Hopefully, they'll all arrive at the same time. If not, the phone will stay in the box until I get the other stuff. In about 1.5 years, I have yet to scratch/drop my Nexus using the Bear Motion case. Let's hope the G6 fairs as well.

(No. I do NOT work for Bear Motion. I just like their thin case.)

Could you tell me if this case is smooth . the inside?

Not smooth like glass but not as rough as the outside. If you're wondering if it will scratch the phone, the short answer is 'no'. Obviously not a guarantee but I've had the Bear Motion case on my 6P for well over a year and still don't have any scratches on the phone. The outside is rough to give you grip (so you don't drop your phone...the Bear Motion case won't do much to protect your phone from a drop. That's not it's intention.).

Right now, my phone is naked but I've got a case and tempered glass screen guard on the way. I've only had it since Sunday. It's dang slippery and I've already noticed a few nicks on the camera glass. Ashamed to admit that I've dropped it once *heart palpitations!* and there's a small scrape on one of the corners where it hit the wall on the way down. I can barely see it and it still looks great, though!

I'm a rebel lmfao i will go naked probably like 80% of the time since i see myself dropping the g6 much less than the s8 i had. Will still use a case depending on what i'm doing and tbh putting it on my glass table feels better with a case on (mostly for the sound it makes when i drop it on it ). I never was a case guy so i don't see myself getting a ton of em for this phone anyway.

Yep. It definitely hurt. And my world famous ninja-like reflexes definitely failed me trying to catch it on the way down.
