Anyone gonna change to the Note 5 when it released this year?

Wait and see. Removable battery and SD card will help determine if i keep my 4 or not.

I've been lusting after Galaxy Notes now for two years: First I desired a Pink Note 3 (but didn't get one) and then black Note 4 (but didn't get one) so NOW I'm most definitely gonna buy a Note 5 (I wonder what color this time lol). Bye Bye Windows Phones, not gonna miss ya!

Hello,
I'm really not good at technology, however i heard a lot ofGalaxy S6 and it really make me think something different. I'm using HTC and it is good too. Can you give me advice?

Thanks.

Not me. Especially if no replaceable battery or sd slot. The Note 4 is IMO the better option compared to a Note 5, if both features are gone. Note 4 still rocks.

1. Good battery life
2. Good radios
3. Same display apparently as the Note 4
4. The Note 4 with 128GB card has 32GB more storage than a Note 5 with 128GB internal and over $100 less cost.

Gotta wait for the specs to be released on August 12.at this point to many conflicting rumors to make an informed decision.

I'll be upgrading. Looks like the Verizon version will have 4 gigs of RAM, plus the Exynos 7420. Good stuff, in my opinion - assuming the rumors are true.

Although, I may wait to see if the rumors are true about the LG G4 Note (or Pro), with a speculated 5.8 screen and a built-in stylus. The only reason I've been true to the Galaxy Note series is because of the S-Pen.

Just imagine a GS6 with a bigger screen and 1 GB more ram
The battery size is what I'm most curious about. If it has the rumors 4100mah battery that will probably cause me to lean towards getting the note 5. But, if it has the 3200 battery listed on the leaked sprint document, I'm going to get the s6 Active, which has a great battery and an ir blaster, which I'm going to lose upgrading to a note 5 from my older galaxy.

If the rumors of unpacked 5 or 2015 happens on aug 12-13 we will start hearing the hard rumors soon so we will know before then..But honestly ALOT of talk has been going on so imo i think something is coming really soon its like every day we getting news..A bit to much of it and if it looks right ima upgrade to the note 5 for sure

Appears respectfully "meh" to me. I prefer function over style and unless Android have changed the memory recall design, all 4GB ram means is even more apps sitting in ram like a giant PC stack register. We shall see :)

As a far as the "info" we have seen so far, it seems nothing has deviated from what was expected. The 4K display absent was obviously not a surprise since CPU/GPU nm size is not there to efficiently support it. The other stuff appears to be what was expected- a giant S6 with pen and even more ram for Android to fill up ;)

Seems more like a Seinfeld episode (a lot about nothing) as far as what was expected verses what appears to be the case. A nice surprise would be an sd slot, but that seems to be as disappointing as the Seinfeld series finale ;)

I have only had my note 4 going on 3 months. But going by the rumored specs, no I would not switch. I would stay with the 4 this round.

I still have the note3 and love it but will be grabbing the 5. I save files with pictures on my note for my business and am able to pull them up anytime I need them. Removable battery is not a deal breaker since this one has lasted two years. I will fork up the extra cash for the most memory it will come in and not worry about sd card. I just hope Sammy gets the 5 to work smoothly with no crazy issues. Releasing it early makes me wonder...

I'm currently on my 4th S6. If a time comes and I have to move on to a 5th S6, I will be pushing customer service to move me to a different phone, which could be the Note 5. I may have to pay the difference in price, if they even allow it. Anyone know the release date of the Note 5?

Rumored to be later this month.
