Anyone got the update yet?

I heard the update was suppose to start on Tuesday, and most would have it by Friday. So has anyone gotten it yet, and are we going to do what we did with Froyo and grab the update off the phone BEFORE we install it?

Officially, GB has been delayed. However, if you're rooted, there's apparently been a development here.
