Anyone have Google Lens yet?

Media releases say all androids will have it today. No luck with mine and do have the latest updates. Anyone here get it yet? If so, what do you think of it?

I'm trying to figure out how it will work on Samsung phones because of Bixby vision

Hold down the center menu button (the square), it opens Google Assistant. The Lens option will be in the lower-right. It looks like a dot with a partial square around it. Tap that and it will ask you to point your camera at something and tap it. Ta dah! Cool.

I have it on photos but not on Assistant. it's ok.

I still don't have it yet. I just read they are rolling it out in batches. I did watch a youtube video on it, and it has some cool features. I like being able to take a picture of a business card and it will enter it into contacts, and identifying plants etc. sounds cool.

I received Google Lens last night, both through the Photos app and Google Assistant.

Having used on my Pixel XL I am pleased its finally been released to my N8.

I still think it has a way to go before it becomes more mainstream but it does have potential.

I'm on Virgin Mobile in Vancouver, BC. Just got Google Lens on Blackberry Assistant, but not on Google Photos yet. I think it is super cool with how it recognizes so much that you aim your camera at and all the info. it can give. EG aim it at my prescription and it recognizes the drug and where the prescription was filled. Still playing with it, but so far I am loving it.

I don't use Google photos but have Lens on my S8 Plus with Assistant. It's fun. I'm going to play with it more. Think it could be helpful. Guess Bixby does this but I don't use Bixby.

This is the first I've heard of it. I don't use Google Photos or Assistant (except for their poor attempt at voice dialing because there isn't another option), so I doubt if use it anyway. I'll maybe play around with it if I see it pop-up.

Got this through the Photos app at first on my Nokia 8 and checked Assistant now and have it through there as well. I'll have to give it a try through Assistant, works really well in the Photos app though.

I used to love Bing Vision way back in the WP8.1 days. Bixby Vision works well for shopping.

I have it, I opened a photo, tapped the button and boom it found the item on the internet in seconds. It looks good when it scans the picture, I see some use for it.

It takes a screenshot. Same method as WhatsApp or Allo.
