Anyone have high cell stanby on the s7?

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had high cell stanby that causes your battery to drain more than normal? I just started to experience this but I noticed it wasn't until I made a Samsung account to download a theme for my phone. Since I was signed into the Samsung Account, the Galaxy app store took it upon itself to update a crap ton of Samsung apps. It was then I noticed the high cell standby and faster battery drain. I'm thinking of resetting, not updating any apps, and not logging into Samsung account to see if my cell standby will show any change. I also have been through the whole "reset cache and turn off wifi" types of suggestions with zero changes in the high cell standby so I'm left to try this. I suspect that when the Galaxy app store auto updated all those Samsung apps, one of the apps made my cell standby shoot from 7% to like 45%.

My younger brother also having S7 and he is facing same issue . We've just turned off the Wi-Fi calling . Since then its working fine . As I did some R&D on that i found "Cell standby is just the cellular radio--not specifically related to data connectivity." So thats why wifi calling has effect on that .Here I am mentioning the steps to disable wifi calling

Step 1. apps>settings>more connection settings>wifi calling
Set the slider to off.

Step 2. Disable VoLTE. Tap the phone icon at the bottom left of your home screen then: more>settings>voice over LTE settings. Check "Do not use VoLTE".

Step 3. Restart your phone. Hold down the power button until the menu appears and tap "Restart".

and Let us know the result

My WiFi calling is on all the time and doesn't affect my battery life at all.
