I use the default widget that comes with Sammy phones for my main screen, but I also use Weawow (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.weawow) for hyper localized weather data/widgets on a separate screen.

I have the one that came with phone and weather forecast :live from Playstore with the widget on home screen works great for me
