Anyone have the modem die and lose charging battery info?

Hi,

I woke up this morning phone stuck charging at 32% from the night before. Since I had the extra battery from the rebate, I swapped it out and got a reading of 80%. I came to realize that it would never charge past 80% either. When I unplugged it, the green LED was jammed on. Not only that, but I don't have a data connection (3G/4G). 15 hours later, I still have an "80%" charge.

I'm assuming the Snapdragon 808 SOC is at fault? Anyone else have a similar problem?

Under warranty, so why waste YOUR time fixing it? Let the carrier waste theirs.
