Anyone have these files on your phone

when I use my file explorer, I see the usual folders, however there are three files I don't recognize. anyone see these on their nexus?

cfg_dun_status
cfg_URL_sell
cfg_USB_sell

can I delete them?

I'm not sure what they are. Remove them at your own risk.

I have them on mine. I just assumed they were there due to connecting and unlocking my phone.

They appear to be working config files (after looking at their contents), so I would recommend against deleting them. It's always a good practice to leave files be, if you're not positively sure what they're for...
