Just got a replacement Evo and after a few hours it began vibrating non-stop. There's no battery to pull and shutting it down didn't get it to stop either. The only way I was able to get it to stop was removing the back cover and locating a small pin next to the camera lens which spins while its vibrating. Pressing down on it gets it to stop, but once I put the cover on it begins vibrating immediately. Anyone heard of this problem, any easy fixes?

Did you try the simulated battery pull? Hold down on the power button for 20 - 30 seconds and let it restart.

Have you tried a factory reset?

Yeah it still continues when doing the simulated battery pull. I will try the factory reset

edit: I tried the factory reset and it continued to vibrate during the reset and afterwards

Sounds like a hardware defect to me. Can you return it for another replacement? Seems to me you have every right to get another one.
