Anyone have trouble using Bluetooth to connect to car?

I'm having trouble connect my Verizon X to my grom audio Bluetooth. It's not able to find it when I search on the X. Anyone else having trouble connecting to car's Bluetooth?

I wouldn't suspect there would be problems. On the bluetooth device in the car, start the process of pairing a device. It should make it so the bluetooth in the car can be found. If it's not broadcasting, the phone can't find it. I've never had problems pairing my devices, so it could be that or the bluetooth in the car isn't up to date

I have an Acura with built in Bluetooth. Did not have any problems pairing my phone.

Working fine with my Jeeps uconnect system, although volume is just a tad low.
