Android Central Question

My Axon10Pro quit receiving or sending phone calls with AT&T last week.

I got it to work by enabling VoLTE calling.
Now, I'm no longer getting data over the cell network.

Anyone else seeing similar behavior?
Any recommendations to fix this?

Since both phone calling and mobile data are directly related to the cellular service provided by your carrier, I'd contact AT&T and just tell them about the problems you're having. If you log into your user account at AT&T's web site, are there any outstanding messages from them or do you see anything out of sorts with account options?

Welcome to Android Central! That phone isn't on AT&T's list of approved phones, so there's no guarantee that it will work as before: www.att.com/idpassets/images/support/pdf/Devices-Working-on-ATT-Network.pdf

My wife's unlocked G6 and my unlocked Z3 play aren't on that list either, but both are working perfectly with AT&T. AT&T even admits that list is far from complete. Unfortunately it's really more about how long you've been with them and your plan. Typical AT&T. If you're new on a prepaid plan they'll send you a free $50 AT&T phone to replace your current unlocked phone. If you have an AT&T branded phone it'll keep working. If you have a post paid plan and are a long standing customer, whatever phone you have will keep working pretty much regardless of it's age, as long as it's VoLTE capable.

Otherwise they'll shut your phone off regardless of whether it's capable of working on the network or not. But they'll give you a "deal" on one of their new phones  :-\

Like I said typical AT&T... a real class act. Many of the mvno's are letting most VoLTE capable phones work fine with their plans. A few are not... Consumer Cellular being one of them.
