anyone having issues with your receipt not being accepted

anyone having issues with the VR receipt not being approved? they keep telling me that the image of my receipt is blurry. How can a screen shot of my email be blurry? I was on hold the first time for 40 minutes, only to be disconnected. Then on hold for over an hour until I hung

I had this issue. Just take a pic of the receipt with the normal camera app and the pic saves to the gallery. Then upload the pic from the gallery.
