Anyone having problem with NanoFixit Insurance?

Finally got my Prism Green s10 plus after weeks of patiently waiting and resisting the temp to switch to another color that is available. It is a really good phone and i have no reason not to love it. Problem is after downloading the NanoFixIt app to register the card it says Incorrect Card ID. I assume the Card ID to enter is the Card number in the nanofixit registration card right? Or am i doing something wrong?
