Anyone having problems with face recognition

It seems like someone's it just doesn't work. Is this did to the update that cane or? Didn't seem to be an issue before. Anyone else?

Haven't used it but no issues with iris or fps for me.

I've had issues ever since the update. It was pretty spot on before.

FPS and iris work great for me. Just the dang facial rec is inconsistant

Can't get either the iris or facial recognition to work consistently in various lighting situations.

I have AT&T and there was an update Saturday evening and since then my facial recognition software hasn't worked. It will learn/recognize may face for setup but will not unlock the phone. I have since contacted AT&T they were only suggest was I wipe my phone and start over without the update but of course they weren't going to help with that. I also went to Best Buy and that was worse. The kid at the Samsung booth owned an iphone and had never really checked out the new Samsung, like I said he was at the Samsung booth. Wow!!!
