I have AT&T and there was an update Saturday evening and since then my facial recognition software hasn't worked. It will learn/recognize may face for setup but will not unlock the phone. I have since contacted AT&T they were only suggest was I wipe my phone and start over without the update but of course they weren't going to help with that. I also went to Best Buy and that was worse. The kid at the Samsung booth owned an iphone and had never really checked out the new Samsung, like I said he was at the Samsung booth. Wow!!!
