I just got my Nexus 6P last week and I'm having trouble getting internet or cell signal. I don't have internet on the phone. I can just make and receive calls

I have been on to Vodafone 10 times and they have asked to remove and add APN but not joy, no internet, they have replaced the nano SIM card two times

Any one?

I'm with Vodafone Ireland. I'm sending the phone back.

Google support page

Possible device issues
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if your device:

Doesn’t charge properly.
Won’t turn on.
Freezes often.
Has microphone, speaker, or button issues.
Has trouble getting internet or cell signal.

Have you tried resetting your APN settings?

Settings > More > Cellular Networks > Access Point Names

Then hit the three dots at the top right and select "Restore Defaults."

I would recommend putting the Preferred Network type to whatever network you're on. For Verizon which I'm on, I put it on LTE/CDMA. Ireland in your case would be LTE/GSM

Google support asked me to do a phone reset, I have done that and still no internet connection

In my phone I only have Preferred network type, then 4G (recommended) is the one selected

Also shows 3G and 3G

Then I have:

Access point & Available network set to automatic choose preferred network.

I click on my network "Vodafone" and I get "Registered network"

I'll see when google come back to me after phone reset

My faulty phone is gone to Google and a new phone is on the way

Just an update on my phone

I got my new Nexus 6p today. Very impressive customer service, very helpful.

I sent the faulty Nexus on Friday and I got a new one today

My 4G is working now

If you get a new Nexus make sure to test the data connection
