Anyone here switching to the One or S4?

The s4 processor really isnt tuat fast at least in the states its just a glorified quallcom chip id much rather have an exynos theyr wayyyy faster. ... my note 2 screams and probably rates higher and faster than the slower American s4...

I sprung for a Note 2 a month or so ago and I do not regret [was a day 1 S3 user. Loved it but gave it to a loved one. Then used a Windows Phone 8 before, the Android Siren song was too strong for me.] The form factor was a massive plus (2 in 1 device while still being super portable) for me and had I not, I would have gotten instead the HTC One. The speakers and aluminium body are huge added values for me. I am super excited to see what the Note 3 will feature. If it does take everything from the S4 and build on it (like both Notes have built on their respective flagships) then we should be in for a massive treat.

Ummm... no it doesn't...

And by the way, you should read the specs. Samsung's OctaCore is not really 8 cores as people are trying to pass it out to be (Sammy was fully open about it, they're just not going to dismiss anything that's boosting their marketing), it's a double quadcore architecture. In benchmarks both Qualcomm's and Exynos are rated quite closely, but of course the Exynos version will fare better because it is ultimately better optimized to Samsung's own hardware. In REAL life, you won't notice (which is the point they make in the article)
