Anyone in UK got free DEX?

Struggling to get through to Samsung by any method so struggling to get my Dex.
Anybody had any success?
If you've got it what do you think?
If all else fails and I don't get my free one, would you buy one??

Thanks for that. I did register there (tried again and it knew my IMEI number) but that was weeks ago and have heard nothing since 20th September via text.
Just wondered how long it could take to verify a claim when it was bought from Samsung direct!!

I think their reasoning is so that people don't return the phone after claiming the Dex, meaning they would get a Dex for free if they could claim one as soon as they had the phone.

My claim took over a month to get validated and that's about a week ago, email said I should receive it within 30 days but have no shipping confirmation yet

My dex arrived today, looks OK but when it says adjust screen and shows arrows, I have no idea how to adjust screen and need to as I can't see any of the icons otherwise, any ideas people??
