Anyone know how to download voicemail on the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge?

Everytime I try to search a voicemail just brings up visual voicemail ,anybody know how to help me?

I had to contact my carrier, AT&T and the fixed it over chat for me. You can also dial your own number and get to the voicemail that way. Dial your number, when you hear your greeting, press *, then enter password
