No, haptic feedback can be turned off by unchecking the box next to vibrate on touch. Playing sounds when screen is selected is not what this nice guy was looking for bro bro. How can this be made clear to you? Haptic feedback is barely audible. Maybe you need to make the switch to an entry level phone, like the iPhone.

Also just to point out in case anyone isn't aware when power saver is on then haptic feedback automatically is turned off.
