Anyone know where i can buy certified refurbished cdma unlocked Samsung Galaxy S7 for cheap?

Looking for a certified refurbished CDMA unlocked Samsung Galaxy S7, everywhere I've looked is still pretty expensive, eBay has them for cheap but you can never fully trust buying something especially a phone from eBay. Does anyone where I could find one for less than$400.00??
