Anyone not able to order?

when I pick my plan im getting 'unavailable at this time'..I called up, but they weren't able to help.

not sure if its just me or if the phone is no longer available..ordering other smartphones works fine!!

please post what time you ordered if you were able to (EST). or if you're having the same issue.

Agreed ^^^ I wasn't having that exact issue, but I was having problems getting the phone to even show up last night. To resolve, I totally cleared my cache, cookies, and history. Once I did that, things started working okay.

When you say CS wasn't able to help you, did they say the phone wasn't available, or that they just couldn't help you with the problem you were having online?
 
I had the same problem and I called verizon and they transferred me to a online help person... who couldn't help. said that everyone was having the same problem, I was on the phone for an hour and a half and they couldn't help... Then I was like imma try again... called up and a the rep put everything through for me... even got the mail in rebate as a instant rebate and free overnight shipping!!!

So I say call and tell the first rep that answers that you tried to order online and that you got it was unavailable. and if it doesn't work the first time try again... cause that worked for me :)

Just got the confirmation email as I was typing this and my total for 2 Fascinates came to 163 after my $50 new every 2.
 
i tried it on my home pc at 7:30am and now on my work pc, and no luck..cleared my cache here.

i can order any other phone..i think they must've pulled the fascinate or be having an issue because I cant even look up accessories for it on the vzw site
