While compared to the Google play music app, the Samsung stock music app drains the battery for me fast. I can use the Google app for 3 hours and it barely brings my battery down about 4%. Then I use the Samsung app for only an hour and I lost about 10%.
I have done this over the last few weeks. One day I'll us google music and the next I'll use Samsung music and it has been consistent. And this is under the same circumstances and in the same locations.
Is there a reason the Samsung app uses so much battery?
