Anyone ONLY having the nexus 7?

This will also be my first tablet. I think I'll be happy with the 7" size, but if there is ever a Nexus 10 that is also reasonably priced, I probably won't hesitate to sell the 7 for the 10 when it comes out. I think I'd like the larger size, but having never owned one, I may just fall in love with the portability of the 7".

I will be returning my Tab 2 7.0 and buying the Nexus.

The Tab is really nice, the Nexus sounds nicer.

We have a rooted Nook Tablet and that is a pretty decent unit after you root it - great video and quick on Wi-Fi.

This will be my first Tablet. The kid has a an Ipad 1 , but I never use it. I did like it though. If At&t allowed tethering on the new Ipad I would have bought one. Almost bought the Verizon one. Just always backed out.

I don't plan on sharing this...if they like it I'll know what to get them for Christmas. As much as I love the 13" MacBook Air I use...the battery life doesn't cut it. Something that lasts 8 hours will be great. Also the fact that all our Micro USB chargers will fit is a bonus. That actually plays into my purchase decisions, what kind of charger a device uses.

I'm wondering what the recharge time is?

I have the iPad 3 which I use constantly. But it's a huge pain to carry around in my purse and I really like the 7 inch form factor. I've bought and returned/sold the Kindle Fire, HTC Flyer, and Samsung Galaxy Tab 7. Hopefully, this will be a keeper.

I have a Verizon Gnex. This will be my first tablet. I want to use it to read newspapers, books, and I am sure I will find other things to do wtih it. This tab will allow me to drop my $61 a month home delivery of the paper and i can just read it online either via app or through web browser. I want this tab because of it's form factor and the fact that it is a pure Google experience like my phone. My next phone will be purchased through Google play store.

Never really needed or wanted a tablet but I ordered one and it will be my first.

This will be my second tablet. I have a generic Chinese tablet that is partially failing because it's getting old, so it couldn't have started failing at a better time :).

I will use the nexus 7 for everything as well. I only use my cell phone for calls and the free hotspot to connect my tablet to and any gaming, Web surfing, etc... is done on the tablet.

Yes, the N7 will be my only Tablet.

I returned my Tab 2 7" to Costco yesterday and ordered the N7 16GB last evening.

I have to admit to some reverse buyer's remorse in returning the Tab2. I really did like it. I use the tablet largely for news apps and some TV via Netflix or Hulu+. The Tab2 had awesome speakers which made headsets unnecessary. I'm a little leery of the speaker on the N7 from what I have read so far. I'd hate to have to be dragging ear buds in and out of my ears as I read, pop open a news video or such then go back to reading. Other than that one feature, I am pretty comfortable in making the switch.

Oh, yeah,,,,we do have a second Tablet in the house. I rooted a Nook tablet for my wife. I'm here to tell you that once rooted that is a really capable little unit - awesome display and video playback.

Once the Nexus 7 arrives, the original iPad goes bye bye

The Maxipad does become boring after a while doesn't it? I got rid of mine last year and I can honestly never missed it. Now that iOS 6 is coming out and it's not getting any of it at all, pretty happy I have decided to move away from Apple products.

This will be my only tablet and I'm sure the only tablet I will need. I've already sold my iPad2, which will pay for the N7, plus help me boot iOS from my life :)

My Kindle Fire was my first tablet and I fell in love with the 7" form factor (my company gave me an iPad, but I *hate* the size of it).

After using my Fire every day, however, I have decided that I want a full-blown tablet. I was so anxiously awaiting the Memo 370t, and was sad to see it go. (I really, really miss the HDMI out and the SD card slot). When the Nexus 7 was announced, I quickly sold my Fire on craigslist (got $150 for it in less than 12 hours), and have preordered the 16GB N7. I figure that the Kindle app and the Amazon mp3 app will function the same. The only thing I will really be missing is Amazon Instant Video. I really, really enjoyed downloading movies to the Fire and watching them offline. I am still wondering what I am going to do about that. The draw of the full android marketplace was too strong to resist. If it comes down to it, I'll just have to suffer without Amazon Instant Video.

This will also be my first tab look forward to see what can be done with it and 4.1

After trading my Iconia A500 for the N7, this will be my only tablet. I'm perfectly happy with the 7" form factor. I had a Kindle 2 before stepping up to 10.1 and at times, missed the portability of the Kindle.

Sold my Xoom, bought a gtab 7.0 traded for an ipad 2, and selling it for the nexus. I like the form factor. 10 is too bulky.

I keep hearing so many people saying how they like the small size of the 7 inch tablet. I was a little torn after pre ordering if I wanted to wait for a 10 inch version, but having messed with others Transformers/iPads, i really dont think the 10 inch would suit me well when it comes to carrying it with me places.
