Anyone planning to buy the Note II for full price?

There's a thread in the T-Mobile Galaxy S III forum where people were talking about their network connection issues and that just kinda scared me. I know Sprint ain't all that great, but I'm hoping it'll be much better in the next few months.

I bought a sim free version yesterday for ?550 and just put my old contract sim in. Didnt fancy signing myself up for another 24 month's.

No full price for me, I will be trading my Samsung galaxy S3 phone for the Samsung galaxy note 2 when it comes to Sprint.

I'll be selling my EVO LTE to one of my friends for $250, and that's including the TPU Diztronic case, Seidio Surface case, HTC Media Link HD, car dock, and an unused Steinheil screen protector.

No phone is worth full retail, but that is my 2 centabos..

Correction: No phone WAS ever worth paying full retail for...until NOW.... lol

i paid full retail $699.99 no tax on Amazon and i even overnited it (when i want something i want it!) for $29.99 and when i tell you this phone is so totally worth it i am not exaggerating. Plus i am on Straight Talk so Full Price is my only option anyway, but with this amazing Superphone, 725.00 feels like the "bargain of the century"...

I'll more than likely be paying full retail for this, as I just got an SIII in June. This phablet is totally worth it. I'll sell my SIII, and recoup some of the damages.

I just want to know when it is coming to the U.S.?

Not a chance. My EVO lte is perfect and note just too big for my needs. Doesn't look as much of a upgrade to the original note nor a huge upgrade over anything else that has launched recently.

October 24 is the launch.

Yes that is the launch date, not the release date. But thank goodness Sprint is officially releasing there's on October 25. T-Mobile delayed there's till. November.

it is an upgrade to the Note 2 by leaps and bounds. Its about 3 x faster, it has tons more features, it has double the RAM, twice as fast f/4 camera with burst and many more camera features, S-Pen has increased from 256 levels of sensitivity to 1024, Motion and software upgrades up the wazoo : ), and comes with Jellybean vs the Original Note releases with Gingerbread. The seamlessness with which this phone opens apps and runs feels like a little magic slate in your hand : )

I wouldn't advise trying this out at the Phone Store UNLESS you want to come home with one : )

The latest rumors for T-Mobile is that they will be releasing it on October 24th. That's 2-days away! I expect that we will hear more tomorrow.

My family will be paying full price to give it to me as a Christmas present this year :D I'm from the Philippines. Our carriers launched it here last week. But I may get the International LTE version from Singapore instead, if the price difference isn't too large.

I'm leaving Sprint when my contract ends in December, and I'm going to T-Mobile prepaid. It's either this or one of the next Nexus devices. I'll have to see what comes out.

I found them on ebay only 629$.

I'm on Straighttalk and I'll be paying full retail. I have a 4S which I'll be selling to offset the cost. After selling the iPhone, I'll probably up paying just an additional $300 for this monster. Though I do wanna use this on a prepaid T-Mobile plan so I can take advantage of LTE when they get the network settled.
