Ordered yesterday, they said it would ship out same-day but it didn't, they also said 2-3 day, but the UPS tracking clearly says 3-5. Need it by Friday as I'll be out of town. It finally shipped tonight and won't make it. They're sending a return kit overnight. UPS is going to drop the phone off on my doorstep next Tues with no one around for a couple days (hopefully it doesn't find a new owner..). Can't believe these things don't require signature.. They reinstated my upgrade credit, so I'll just go buy it at RS/BB tomorrow.
This was all today, several calls, just got off a 90min call where everything was resolved.
Yesterday I was on the phone with about 20 Sprint reps from 11am-5pm straight trying to get single line SERO into a 5-line corporate, it was like the Manhattan Project to them, literally.. Worst customer experience for me ever, and I've normally spoken highly of Sprint CS, never again... I'm just hoping the nightmare ends soon and I can finally play with an Epic, after all these months of waiting and years stuck on crappy WM..
