Anyone receive their Sprint.com order?

I ordered the phone online minutes after it was posted for sale. I may just be growing impatient, but has anyone receive their epic yet?
 
I called in an order yesterday around 11am PST and they sent it UPS, the tracking info said that it will be delivered on Friday. Didn't they email you an order confirmation with tracking number?
 
i did it all online and the receipt said that i will receive the phone within 2 business days and that the shipment email would be sent.

got nothing.

I would try to get a hold of them. I called it in because I wanted to make sure I could get an upgrade, and I got a shipping notification this morning at 12:21am.
 
They tried to deliver mine today. I had it shipped to work and the suite # on the second line didn't make it to the shipping label. They said they will attempt delivery again tomorrow. I don't know why they just couldn't call me...
 
Ordered yesterday, they said it would ship out same-day but it didn't, they also said 2-3 day, but the UPS tracking clearly says 3-5. Need it by Friday as I'll be out of town. It finally shipped tonight and won't make it. They're sending a return kit overnight. UPS is going to drop the phone off on my doorstep next Tues with no one around for a couple days (hopefully it doesn't find a new owner..). Can't believe these things don't require signature.. They reinstated my upgrade credit, so I'll just go buy it at RS/BB tomorrow.

This was all today, several calls, just got off a 90min call where everything was resolved.

Yesterday I was on the phone with about 20 Sprint reps from 11am-5pm straight trying to get single line SERO into a 5-line corporate, it was like the Manhattan Project to them, literally.. Worst customer experience for me ever, and I've normally spoken highly of Sprint CS, never again... I'm just hoping the nightmare ends soon and I can finally play with an Epic, after all these months of waiting and years stuck on crappy WM..

lol ..i thought i had a tough time

i just got mine this late afternoon. They left it on the front porch w/o even ringing the door bell.
