It's a class 10.

Took about a week to get my email for battery saying they go on order the received the request. At the end of the email it says "remember the promo days it can take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery". So I'm not expecting anything soon.

My T-Mobile submission shows approved but the fine print in the email says it will ship between 4 to 6 weeks.

Got ours today as well. One note for those who are wondering if they will ship multiple sets if you purchased multiple phones, the answer is YES! Based on the terms listed, it was iffy that they would honor this since both phones were purchased by one person but they did.
