Anyone try LG Backup to move from a non-LG phone?

I'll be trying this out tomorrow moving from an M8. Wondering if it works as well as the HTC backup tool does.

It probably won't. If you have a problem, Backing up an Android Device is generic, it works on any Android device. (It's using a few apps to back up different things but, unless I forgot something [please post there if I did, and I'll add the backup method for it if there is one], it'll back any phone up to any phone.)

Cool good to know. Out of that list I've only had issues with SMS Backup & Restore in the past, but maybe I'll try it again. Most of the pictures I believe are on the SD card anyway, so I may not even need the transfer tool.
