Anyone use HEVC and/or HDR10+?

These options been around for a while now and was wondering if anyone experiences compatibility issues when sharing videos either directly to other people or through a link via Google Photos or similar service.

Also, what are people's thoughts on the quality of the HDR10+ videos?
