Anyone using Cox for their email?

I just got a MOTO Pro and trying to set up my Cox email and have not had much success. If any of you have Cox as your email provider, would you please send me the settings. I think that I got the incoming OK but cannot get the Outgoing working. I called COX and they were no help. They said call Verizon who told me to call Cox.

I am in Northern Virginia, but the general COX settings are:

POP3: pop.east.cox.net
SMTP: smtp.east.cox.net

I susepct you have to replace "east" with some other regional designation.

Thanks for the info. Between me and VZ, we wrestled it down and got it right.
