Anyone using/having problems with Chomp SMS?

I love chomp SMS and how you can customize it all but it has the biggest issue with not being able to send or receive MMS messages. Always tells me to check my APN settings. I've emailed the developer and he hasn't been able to fix it either. Anyone else experience this or have a solution for apn settings?

Are you on Verizon?

Have you tried textra? It's from the same people and it has some customization features.

What carrier are you on? If you're on T-Mobile and have the wifi calling feature enabled you cannot send MMS via wifi with 3rd party apps. You have to use the stock to send.. But only while using the wifi calling feature.

Other than that on mobile data you should be fine.

For me to send chomp mms messages I had to get my mms settings from the stock messages app and enter them into the mms settings in chomp.

If you turn off wifi do you get a data signal? Like is this at your house?

If I'm not using WiFi then its just the mobile data I'm using. If that's what you're asking

Had the same problem, I had to change the max file size in chomp sms to be smaller than the stock app. I had it as no limit and it would try to send pics larger than my stock app would allow 1200kb, set chomp to 1000kb and it's been fine since.

Ya I stopped using cause when I got a text when it woke up the phone it would take almost a minute to go to sleep
