Anyone using the galaxy buds?

To those using the new galaxy buds with your note 9, do you all have the pop up window to connect as shown in the promotional video for the galaxy buds as well as in the galaxy unpacked event?

Been using mine and do not have that pop up window. Hence it's more troublesome as I have to manually on my bluetooth and click connect.

I love my galaxy buds, but I wanted to know if they're planning to make a Galaxy Wearables on the App Store?

I was at Costco today and I saw white only Galaxy buds. What is the going price?

I got the Buds, returned them and got the Jabra Elite 65's, then again got the Galaxy Buds yesterday.

Music/speakers? BOth the Jabra and Galaxy are quite good. Not audiophile quality, but surprisingly good for the price and functionality. I'd give the Jabra an edge on lower notes and thump, but the Galaxy buds seem much clearer and more transparent.

Connection: again both are quite good. Galaxy is a slight bit easier to connect, but both are quite easy if you know how to connect bluetooth. The range is about the same. One thing that's notable, the Galaxy are more prone to the robotic sound of an incompletely transferred sound and will do something similar to squelch more often. I've also had some issues with the 2 buds getting out of sync. Neither of these issues are all that common though.

The BIGGEST issue I have though.

Microphone:
The mic picks up sound great. Every little sound. Turn on a faucett and forget about talking. Same with wind, folding up a newspaper, wind, moving things on a table. All of these things sound like a car wreck to the other end. The Jabra has an edge here, awful but not quite as loud. As such Neither of these are usable currently unless I'm sitting very still. I've not been able to find any solution yet, nor setting. So all I've been able to try is turning off ambient sound and moving them around in my ears.

Comfort: The galaxy buds are tiny and light with small wings to hold in place. You can completely forget you're wearing them pretty easily. They also have different sized earpieces and wings. The Jabra are heavier and only come with replacement speaker rubber. After a half hour or so they get a bit uncomfortable and I can't imagine wearing them for an hour.

Battery Life: Both are very long. I've never had one go dead, and with the storage and carrying case recharging them, it's rare to even need to plug them in. Bonus to the Galaxy for it's wireless charging, I'll likely Never remember to charge it will just happen semi-accidentally when I set them on a wireless charger. Big bonus to Galaxy, though the very infrequent charging on the Jabra is also not a big deal. Both are excellent, edge to Galaxy for wireless.

That's my experience. Since neither are really for calls, I really SHOULD return both and just get a pair of wireless headphones without a mic, but I'll likely keep the Galaxy Buds. They're tiny, recharge wirelessly and are very comfortable.

What's UP with that Mic!???
