I use the stock launcher. I like putting things where I want them. With other launchers they try to arrange things in different folders, then I have to go look for everything and redo what they did. For me, to much of a hassle. With the stock I only had Google, Verizon folders to deal with and adjust.

The stock launcher is awesome. My only beef is the icons...wish I can customize them more.

You absolutely can customize your icons more in the stock launcher. Zedge has a ton of cool icons....I've replaced a number of mine. You can pick and choose individual icons, or they have icon packs also. Give it a try.

Im currently using the Google launcher because I like being able to swipe right on my home screen and have the Google page with news and parking information there. I wish it had Notifications on the app icons like the iPhone did. Anyone know how to get the best of both worlds?

I know Tesla Unread does that, but I'm not sure if it works with Google Launcher or is only for Nova.

I just looked at the tesla and it looks like it is only for nova. I might give nova a try though and see what is like.

I am using the stock launcher and think its fine.. i just wish the home screen would rotate.
I know Nova does this but it stretches widgets out and it looks awful.

eWeather HD. Sorry for the delay getting back to you. It's a very information dense widget with a lot of customization options.

I used Aviate on my Note 3 for over a year. I seriously can't recall why I changed. Getting old sucks. Avoid it at all costs!

Same with me...I like embracing what each manufacturer brings to the table. They all have their strengths and weaknesses, but in the end, it's part of the personality of the phone. I'm by no means knocking using alternate launchers, especially if you aren't happy with the stock experience
