Anyone using their N20 naked?

It's just too slippy to use without a case for me.

I use the Samsung Black Leather Back Case with a dbrand camera module skin.

The case gives me the minimalist look with a decent amount of protection and added grip.

Better to hold in the hand too if you ask me. The corners are less sharp.

Having a better grip on it makes all the difference, especially if you're using it without a case!

Since my first smartphone (iPhone1), I’ve rarely dropped my phones and fortunately never broken one. And when I was using an iPhone 6S for a couple of years I rocked a Spigen Slim Fit case and no issues so I should be ok.

Right now I still use a iPhone 6+ I found laying around the office as my running/trail riding phone and put a Slim Fit on it. It’s amazing the N20U is almost as thick as a 6+ with case on and feel so much better to carry thin. Wish Spigen would make a Slim Fit for N20U.

If you are the type of person that’s always dropping their phone, then I definitely wouldn’t recommend. A quick and dirty pic...

Well... I forgot when was the last time I dropped my phone prior to my N20U flying. Only time my N20U with the UAG Monarch dropped was because of a huge pothole and my phone flew out of the holder... I said flew because it did... From the air vent straight up to my rear view mirror and down to my shifter...

My other concern is my sweaty palms... Make the phone look like trash xD

So i have been using my N20U naked for almost a day now. Everything seems fine other than when placing or lifting the phone off a surface...

And the wiggle if placed on a flat surface worries me but im guessing it shouldn't be a problem.

Yes the camera bump is crazy... I mean its nice and stuff but it wobbles. I currently am trying the Mous Limitless 3.0. So far so good except for the fact that its very slippery... Just like another user commented.

I couldn't. My luck would have it that everything would shatter on that one drop scenario...
I'm still uneasy about not having protectors on the screen and camera yet...

I don't want to add weight to my phone either, but a little grip or protection would be better. So Pitaka air case is perfect for me - slim, great feel, minimalist.

Nice! When looking at the Pitaka site, that was my first choice but the exposed glass in the camera module bothered me so the Latercase was the best choice for me... But looking at the Pitaka site, it is true their case fully covers the bottom and top of the phone?? That's where the Latercase lacks and wish it did cover the top and bottom too. Pics would be appreciated if you can.

If you are one that is comfortable and not worried rocking a phone naked but wouldn't mind a skin for some super light/superficial protection... Latercase Kevlar case.

I really am not a fan of Lew and when I read about his story with Pitaka I had no plans of giving him business... but I wanted super-thin and give the camera module a bit of cover/protection and his case is the only one. My favorite case and can't help recommending it.

The phone naked is just too slippery for me. Makes me uncomfortable even using it at home over carpeted floors it's just too slippery.

The Kevlar feels soooo good in hand (@Floss ). Hard to explain the texture but no fear of slipping out of my hand. Perfect fit against the phone body so it feels like it was part of the phone. As close to holding it no case as you are going to get. (I wouldn't doubt if a DBrand carbon skin is just a thick) Molded around the camera module to give it some protection and cut precisely to just show the silver bezels around the camera give it the right look. Seems durable and doesn't leave prints like glass.

I stuck with one case on my Note 8 for entire 3 years. This will probably be my only case I use for the N20U.

I have the Pitaka for S20U and it embraces the camera bezels. Its the same for the N20U. But it isnt as safe as the Latercase. For the camera at least.

It's too slippery without a case. I tried it for a week, but was always worried about dropping it, so I bought a Samsung clear case which is also too slippery and I don't like the camera bulge wobble.
I'm waiting for a Spigen Tough Armor to arrive, which puts the bulge flush and slightly recessed with the case.

Thanks. Wish I could take credit but that's from Samsung's Dynamic Lock screen wallpapers in Settings > Wallpaper. Has that Windows 10 Lockscreen feel and I like the changing wallpapers to keep it fresh.But

I wouldn't dream of it! It would be smashed by now. I tend to drop things! Have tried a few cases. OEM s-view flip case, OEM silicone case, ESR clear case and a leather side holster for when I'm working.

Almost impossible to rock the Ultra butt nekkid! I love the feel, fit and finish of the phone but it is super slippery! Got the pictured case and it's much better grip wise

I'm only using a dbrand skin on my n20u...I don't really need drop protection as much as scratch protection.

Can't see not using a case on such an expensive device plus the case give me better grip. I guess is a personal thing.
