So I gave in. I was not able to find the most scenic spots, but Night Sight is incredible. These are all right out of the camera. The four wheeler did not need Night Sight but I shot it anyway.

I thought about installing the apk and trying it but decided to wait for the official release. I'm not in a hurry and taking that low light shots anyway.
What is the intended time for release?
Night Sight is coming but if you want to try a premature version here it is.
It won't install in top or your camera. The icon will be called "camera P3"
This version may not work as well as the actual release so please don't complain. Install at your own risk.

I wonder if this will be coming out the same time as the security patch like a combo pack.
It could be released at the same time but
more likely it will be a camera app update since that's where the feature resides.
