anyone with an ipad and a nexus?

i just got an ipad and set up security app Find my iPhone (why its not iPad i don't know). but i can't access the me.com website from my nexus. works from chrome, IE on a desktop but not the nexus. i looked for an app but no luck. any ideas? is this a case of google v apple not playing well?

Yes, I have both. I have set up the free mobileme on the ipad instead of using an app. There is an find my phone app I believe. My son said he set it up on his nexus. I will look further and let you know what I find.

My son got the app Wheres My Droid from the market. He says it works really well. I cannot access Mobile Me from my nexus which is really strange. I try to log into my mobile me acct and it will not allow the page to come up.

That's the problem! We can't access me.com from android!! I did just find a work around but I haven't fully tested. I use dolphin browser and you can change the user agent to 'desktop'. This tricks the me.com website into allowing you to log in. I was able to log in but the me.com website was slow but I was eventually able to locate my iPad and send a message to it - all from the nexus!
I'll keep testing it to see if it works consistently.

Firefox mobile also allows this, I believe, but you can also change it to identify as ipad, if I remember correctly. That might help a little.

thanks -maybe i'll check out firefox too = tho the reviews aren't as good as dolphin. dolphin is working for me.com but it's very slow to respond
