Since october/november I have had 3 replacement fascinates! 4 g was just pushed through locally. Since then Im not getting calls or texts and my apps are forcing close. I have gone in to verizon 3 times and they just factory reset it. I called tech support and they told me I have an upgrade on my account I should use it. I just want my phone fixed. I had issues about 2 years ago with the envy touch and after about 4 phones they sent me the reality. SO i asked the sales rep if they could send me a newer phone instead of another fascinate and he said no you would have to upgrade???
