Anyone work for att sales store/Corp store

So my local att store is hiring for a full time position as a sales associate. I'm thinking about getting out of the car business bc I just see it going downhill. Customers are horrible and 12 hours days with no lunch sucks. I have a few friends that work in the business and they say they love it. Just curious if anyone here has worked for att. How was it? Where you able to move up and advance??
