Anyone's phone shipping yet?

I really should have placed my order from Verizon last night when it said shipping November 11 but noooo, I decided to wait until this morning and now it says it (stormy black 256GB 6 Pro) won't ship until December 9. FML

Oh well, should have all my cases and screen protectors as well as holsters by then.

Hahaha it can do amazing things :)

Do you have your phone? How are you liking it?

I picked up a P6 at Best Buy on the morning of the 28TH - very happy with it.
Ordered a 128GB Pro from Google Store - due here 12/11
I'll swap back and forth using the other as a backup - or - if I like one a lot better than the other I'll use it daily.
It is good to be me!

Nice! I still have my iPhone 13 Pro Max or S21 Ultra for my back ups but I don't think I'll be using them anytime soon. I'm loving the 6 Pro. I missed having my Pixel.

Just posting an image of my seafoam P6 that I received yesterday. I love the color although the bottom color is definitely lighter than I expected. It's closer to a light gray with a hint of green/blue in it. Bought the Light Rain case discounted from Verizon, but the phone I bought unlocked from Google. I'm pretty excited! I shall miss my trustworthy 5A once I sell it.

Now to look for tempered glass screen protectors, though Amazon seems to not have any at the moment. Will be using indoors only until then.

You guys are phone nerds just like me, LOL. I guess I shouldn't be surprised being on this forum. I've been really temped to buy a Pixels 6 since also, since it delivers around the same time or sooner than my 6 pro.

I just got my pro

It got worse. Dear UPS, I hate you so much.

Been reading a lot about phones coming up missing/empty boxes being delivered from FedEx... Now UPS?!?! Bro, hope they make it right and get you squared away!

I've seen a lot of this on Twitter, which made me so nervous for my phone.

My thought is this might be a trend with newly released devices. Somewhere somehow somebody finds out about all these packages being delivered by the manufacturer (Google/Apple) and with the high influx of orders some dishonest person/employee can take it. Sadly this is the world we live in.

Perhaps in the future I will consider ordering a phone once the hype dies down. I'm glad I got mine safe and sound but one of the other packages (where my Buds shipped) came all bent and with a hole. The packaging of my buds was also bent but fortunately the buds themselves were sealed and fine.

Following this same thought, it may seem like a high amount of people are having issues but remember nobody really goes online (except on this forum haha) to say FedEx/UPS delivered my package successfully! Typically it is human nature to post something to complain about than something positive.

Even if some dishonest employee were stealing phones...wouldn't the network just blacklist those IMEIs then?

I wondered about that too - since an Amazon employee stole a Pixel - the driver handed me an empty box and told me he had no idea what happened to the phone.

I immediately called Amazon - they immediately issued me a credit - I think they could have traced the shipment, found the phone's data, and blocked it.

I also thought they'd just write it off as the cost of doing business and not waste any time on it.

I also thought I thought too much.

I got my shipping email. Supposedly delivery on 11/5-6, FedEx. I also received the email to redeem the pixel buds a series. Happy Tuesday.

That's because Amazon customer service rocks, good luck dealing with Google store or carriers

Carriers are probably little better than Google store but still will give you some run around.
