What annoys me about this is that this phone is actually a replacement for my broken one and I'm still having problems, and I doubt that my provider will do anything about it. Keep in mind that I am still able to view these things if I go into my files. I have tried several methods including using a Media rescan app, looking for .nomedia files, and deleting the data/disabling the media storage and then restarting my phone and enabling it again. None of these methods have changed anything. If there are any other methods that you know of that can fix this problem, please tell me. My phone is a Galaxy Note 5 running on Android Marshmallow 6.0.1
