Anyway to get rid of this, and what the hell is it?

I cleared my YouTube app cache and it went away.

Here's my fix I went to www.androiddrawer.com that's a repository for android apps search for YouTube download the previous version it'll replace this messed up one. You'll still have the cast icon just in the upper right hand side of the app and your screen will be bright again.
