Anyway to go back to stock?

Think im going back to my Optimus V since i cant change the PRL on this phone and the coverage on my V vastly outdoes this since i get full use of sprint towers on it. Is there a way to go back to stock so i can try selling this off?

Don't know how you would get rid of custom recovery though.

Flashing the stock rom should break root. But if not, I know Super SU has a function to remove root.
