Anyway to make it pure stock?

I'm having several buggy issues with meanbean rom. I'm not sure if it is the Rom or if its the phone. Sensor issues where sometimes I can't get the screen to activate while on a call, connection consistently dropping to 1g. 4g basically doesn't even exist and when trying to get it the phone stalls into no man's land having zero reception. And the list goes on.

I'd like to take my rooted phone and have it completely restored to stock. No pictures, files, downloaded documents, music, apps, anything. I want it to be pure absolute stock as if I just pulled it out of the box.

How can I go about this? Everything I read pretends I want all these tells me to save my apps and whatever. I look around but simply can't figure out how to go pure stock, out of the box, original. I'm going to be taking it to the sprint store soon and can't have it like it is. I'm on the verge of dropping sprint all together but from what I've read the EVO 4g LTE has been well know to get bad service so I need to find out if it's the phone or sprint. When I go to the store I'm going to compare it to the reception on other models.

Thanks for any help!

Any luck? I am also wanting to return to stock after trying Meanbean on an unactivated phone (unactivated because I had temporarily rendered it unusable! I went back to my Evo 3D.) Anyway, I have tried several RUU exe files, flashed via fastboot, and flashed zip files via TWRP recovery. So far, the only one I can get to work is another version of Meanbean. Any suggestions out there? Thanks.

OK, I finally have had success. The key seemed to be that I had to relock the bootloader, using the fastboot oem lock command, and then run the right RUU program for my phone and radio. Good luck with yours!
