AOD Glitch

Is anyone else having issues with their AOD screen going blank and just showing the notifications and no music playing ? I'm supposed to have a clock on my AOD, but every now and then the screen loses the clock. The only way for me to get it back is to restart my phone. Just wondering if there is a fix if this has happened to anyone else. Pics are below. First pic is what should be on the AOD. Second is what's actually on the AOD.

I'm already looking for any reason to get the note 20 ultra. My note 10 needs to start acting right.lol

On the AOD screen, I have to double tap the time and then swipe to get the "No music playing" screen. Did you do that accidentally?

LOL. That's one way to handle it not working!

No I didn't do that. I tried to swipe and nothing happens. Like it's stuck.

what is the setting to your Always on Display?
is it tap to show? or show always? and is show music information on??

also, what is the carrier and can i have the last 4 numbers of your baseband version?
you can find it in settings -> about -> software info -> baseband version.

it might be glitch on certain software version.. hope it doesnt happen on my note 10.
one last thing, check if theres any update available for AOD.
settings -> lock screen -> AOD -> about Always On Display. if it tells u u are on latest version then great!
